Submit your project application in Finnish or English via e-mail.

The application (two A4s max. + images) has to include the following elements:

• the description of the project;
• the time schedule where the time and duration of the expedition falls into 2010;
• the geographical area where the project takes place;
• the vessel or mode of transport for travelling on the Baltic Sea;
• the cost estimation (one A4 max.) which includes the estimated production costs and author’s fee;
• the CV of the author or the team (two A4s max.);
• please put down your contact data as well, your e-mail and website addresses;
• the theme field should contain the following: Tutkimusmatka Itämerellä / Curated Expedition to the Baltic Sea

The last date for mailing the applications is 21 December 2009.

Mark the envelope “Tutkimusmatka Itämerellä”.
The mail stamp of 21 December 2009 will be enough for both domestic and international applications.

A four-member panel will evaluate the project applications in February 2010. The results will be announced personally to the project authors in February 2010 and the names of the winners will be made public on the Turku 2011 website and the websites of Suomen biotaiteen seura ry and Capsulan.
